Meditation - Where to Begin, with Ka Mei Cheuk

Sundays, January 15 - March 4, 4:00 - 5:00 pm
This donation class is designed for the beginner although you don’t need to be new to meditation to join. Ka Mei will guide you and help you prepare your mind to find stillness and improved concentration in your daily life; The class structure consists of:
• 15 min of Calming Breathing – Helps bringing the mind to here and now. With constant practice, it has the power to control unhealthy cravings from the mind.
• 15 min of Alternate Nostril Breathing – To purify the nervous system.
• 15 min of So Hum Meditation – Brings the mind to one point of focus, seeing I am you, you are me through each breath.
• 15 min Q&A – If no questions, we will continue to sit in stillness until class ends.
Lower Studio-Garden Entrance - Pre-registration is preferred but drops in welcome.
